OLD FASHIONED 

Components: Bourbon, House Demerara Syrup, and Bitters.
Origin: Louisville, Kentucky

Popularized by Don Draper in the television series Mad Men this truly classic and simple
cocktail can trace its roots back to the Pendennis Club, in Louisville Kentucky.

NEGRONI 

Components: Gin, Italian Vermouth, Campari.
Origin: Florence, Italy

Debated by some the most widely accepted origins of the negroni date back to 1919,
where Count Camillo Negroni a regular at the Casoni Bar asked for some more “kick” in his Americano.

JACK ROSE 

Components: Applejack, Fresh Lime, and Grenadine.
Origin: Atlantic City, New Jersey

Created by Frank J. May whose nickname was Jack Rose. The drink along with many others
was also one of Jack’s drinks in Ernest Hemingway’s 1926 novel “The Sun Also Rises”

LAST WORD 

Components: Gin , Green Chartreuse, Maraschino Liqueur, and Fresh Lime 
Origin: Detroit Athletic Club

This prohibition era cocktail originally developed at the Detroit Athletic Club in 1916 was on the menu for 35 cents making it the clubs most expensive cocktail at the time.
